SSN Policy Implementation
Update Iowa State University systems to comply with the new SSN policy.
Status
Student Systems
The majority of Admissions and Registrar ADIN systems have been updated to provide the I/S option. Final testing is occuring with Grad College systems. Clients are preparing requests for exemptions.
Payroll Systems
Changing the Payroll Commitment System to use UID in place of SSN is very complicated and cannot be tested throughly in our TEST system. A special plan needs to be devised and timed with client requirements.
