Responsible for campus relations, computer repair, and the Solution Center (help desk). Customer Services provides support to students, faculty, and staff for computing and telecommunication needs, assists with equipment acquisition and management, and promotes information technology partnerships.

Computer Service
Computer Service provides repair and maintenance for computer hardware and peripherals to individuals and departments. In addition to on-campus warranty service for specific vendors and models, they also provide non-warranty services for a broad range of computers, workstations, and printers as well as installation of equipment upgrades.

Campus Relations
Campus Relations interacts directly with IT Services clients to foster positive relations between the department and campus. Surveys, forums, users groups, and client interviews are examples of the methods employed to improve customer relations while discovering valuable input for IT Services management. Other responsibilities include working to identify opportunities for partnerships, developing new services and improving existing ones, as well as managing the software assets of IT Services.

Solution Center
The Solution Center provides direct support for information technology customers and acts as a single point of contact for problem resolution. Its mission is to help Iowa State University with supported computer software, networking, and service issues.

Equipment & Acquisition Management
Equipment & Acquisition Management provides client support for planning, ordering, and installing workstation systems and services.

Customer Relations cultivates customer relationships and engages in actions and projects enabling the delivery of quality IT customer services and support.
